I had my first appointment with Dr. Sarah Moon for acupuncture. I was excited to try a session with her based on her biography on the website. I contacted Resilient Health to verify my appointment was with her and they said yes. On my arrival of the appointment I was instead greeted by another acupuncturist who informed me that the other lady cancelled. It would have been nice to know beforehand but I understand things happen. However, when I tried to book with her for follow up appointments none were available for the times I'm available after work. I have a couple of appointments for another acupuncturist and I'm hopeful they will be there. My initial appointment was fine and the lady was very nice but I think my disappointment overshadowed the session. I'm hopeful it was a fluke and I will report later after my next session.
We’ve been going to VNIOC for 3.5 years now for our dog, Chubs. He has a very complicated case of idiopathic epilepsy. Prior to being referred to VNIOC, vets and specialists we saw were unable to help us manage his seizures. Since seeing Dr. McDonnell at VNIOC, Chubs has had a drastic decrease in seizures and is living a normal and happy life. Any time chubs has a seizure, they contact us to check in. Dr. McDonnell himself often gives us a call, when needed, caring about him as if he were his own dog. We’re incredibly grateful for the relief we feel knowing we have such good care management. The support and compassion shown by VNIOC, their front desk staff, their vet techs, and Dr. McDonnell has drastically improved Chub’s and our wellbeing.
What first impressed me about Daniel were his personality, professionalism, and the “connection” that was made between him and us. He had the ability to hear our “wants and needs” to design our perfect kitchen. His team of workmen all shared in the same work ethic. They were always on time, were courteous, pleasant and neat working in our home. He was there to assist us in all aspects of the kitchen decision making; cabinetry, hardware, lighting, appliances, and countertops, with much ease. As promised he made himself available via phone or text to answer any and all questions. His calm demeanor helped to make this an extremely smooth and easy renovation that we ever anticipated. We would highly recommend Grandior to anyone who is considering a kitchen renovation.
All the equipment you could ever want, for the summer I was here it was never crowded and all the workers and trainers treated my with great care and kindness whenever I did interact with them. Special thanks to M.J. for taking care of my membership from start to finish! She went above and beyond through the entire process.

Morgan was wonderful from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and she was right on schedule, which I really appreciated.

C3 was quick to response and provided someone immediately to assess our roofing situation/repair. Mr. Forry and his team were extremely professional, transparent and communicated regularly through the entire process. They documented their work by sharing photos and provided regular updates. I started seeing Dr. Diehn approximately one year ago and she has been a stellar PCP. I have received excellent treatment with spot on diagnosis. During my bout with Covid-19 Dr. Diehn suggested meds to take to ensure my breathing was good as well as monitoring my my overall condition. The staff is great, and the MyChart is a useful tool, because you have real time access to your meds, labs, and communication with Dr. Diehn. To say it was a good choice switching my previous PCP to Dr. Diehn would be an understatement. Thank you for all you do.
Love pampering myself here. It smells so good when you walk in. I've been seeing Lisa S as my hair stylist for quite a few year's now. I've gotten so many compliments on my cut and highlights. I'm a chameleon and like to change up my hairstyle and color often. Lisa does a great job with my vision from having black hair to auburn hair to blonde highlights. They all turned out wonderful.
