“It was easy to get the appointment and was the next day! I was so worried about my cat, Maggie and that like people doctors it would take weeks for her to be seen. I loved how they lowered the lights in the exam room and the room was quiet to make my nervous cat feel safe. I loved how Dr. Massey and Vet tech Victor handled Maggie, my cat. It was a great experience and I highly recommend CVCA.”
“This was our first visit to Hunt Valley Animal Hospital and we had such a great experience! I brought two of my Frenchies, Bear and Lola, in for different concerns and everyone was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Gore was thorough with both of them, and I really appreciated that she took the time to test Bear's toe to determine exactly what was causing the infection and discuss Lola's BOAS concerns and options moving forward. The staff was also extremely helpful when I reached out with follow-up questions after our visit. I left feeling confident that my dogs are in good hands. I'm so glad we found them and will definitely be bringing all three of our Frenchies here! I really appreciated how much they're able to do right there in the office. They were able to take a sample from Bear's toe, look at it under the microscope, determine exactly what was causing his infection, and have his medication available there as well. I also really appreciate Dr. Gore's experience and knowledge with bulldogs. Having three Frenchies, it gives me peace of mind knowing their vet understands the breed and can help me make the best decisions for my dogs and our family.”
“Dr. Rusk and everyone on his team are incredible. You can tell they truly care and my dog loves everyone there (and my dog is very shy). This cannot be an easy business as there is no black and white answers to give owners when it comes to chemo treatment and a lot of it is just letting go and remaining in the present. Anytime I tell people where James is going for treatment, someone has heard of Dr.Rusk and knows he’s the best of the best in this field (co-workers in veterinary school, friends that work at shelters ect). We feel honored to have Dr. Rusk and his team treating James. Thank you for the meticulous care you provide for James.”
