My best impression was how friendly the front desk staff was…? Then the Dr. that did an excellent examination of my Cutie Pie. This Dr. did the most amazing complete examination on my cat, every penny of the examination fee was worth the money.

Dr burton is taking care of my dog, Teddy. She has been wonderful dealing with teddy’s weight loss, thyroid problem & depression from death of his former owner (my brother), She treats me and teddy with great care. I appreciate her and highly recommend her.

Incredibly kind, caring, and attentive staff that express genuine concern for your pet. Reasonable rates and pricing. Nice location.My only nitpick is that the vast majority of the staff are smokers (which is fine) and the facility/staff often smells strongly of smoke (which is less fine imo, YMMV). Still giving five stars because of all the amazing service, but installing a fan or smoke eater in the break area out back would be a game-changer.
