I have been bringing my dogs and cats to Dr Taylor and Dr Crowl for 30 years and they are always amazing. Warm, knowledgeable, honest, ethical and everything you'd want your veterinarians to be. We are incredibly fortunate to have them in our lives.
The staff are wonderful and Dr. Crowl and Dr. Taylor are gentle with my cats and always ask me if I have questions or concerns. They explain things clearly and return calls the same day. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
I found out 7 days before my flight that my flight was booked for overseas. I needed to get my cats EU health certificates quick before my flight. I called Northwest and Dr. Crowl wanted to come in THAT day, I came in the next and he was super nice and helpful and examined my cats and got all my information for my PCS overseas. He reassured me with the tight time line that it would work out, I was nervous, but he was right. He was communicative with all parties and my health certificate arrived 2 days before my flight. I will forever be grateful for Dr. Crowl and Northwest, you guys made it possible for me to travel without issues. Thank you!
