Extremely informational and knowledgeable, helped me out a lot with both of my units. Gave me some tips and such on usage, maintenance, and other general stuff. They didn’t just come and get the job done, they made sure I was all good with the work and understood what was done and what any potential problems were prior. They were so helpful that I even decided to get a full new unit install for one that was having issues upstairs (my house has 2 units)
Don’t even consider buying a new carpet, they’ll make yours brand new with their cleaning ability. Seriously though, they did a great job cleaning up my office room. They also do pet stain removal very well.

He took the time to thoroughly explain the transition from older R22 refrigerant systems to the new R-454B technology, reviewed efficiency ratings, rebates, warranty options, and helped me understand the long-term value of the different equipment options. There was never any pressure—just honest advice and education so I could make an informed decision.
The installation itself was top-notch. The crew was professional, respectful of my home, and paid attention to the details that most homeowners never see but that make all the difference in system performance and longevity. Dave discussed airflow, ductwork, system commissioning, refrigerant evacuation, pressure testing, and proper setup procedures that many contractors never even mention.
Customer service has been exceptional. Every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly. After the installation, Dave provided all warranty registrations, AHRI performance certifications, and documentation for my records. It's clear he takes pride in his work and stands behind what he installs.
The new system is incredibly quiet, maintains consistent temperatures throughout the house, and has dramatically improved comfort upstairs. The zoning system and variable-speed technology have exceeded my expectations.

I absolutely love Chesapeake Pet Resort! I believe I have used all of their services; it is my two Goldens home away from home when I have to travel, we use the grooming services and the play days... I'd give all services 10 stars if I could. When I turn onto Jones Wharf Rd., they start tap dancing and snuffing because they are so excited. The Staff is amazing - so kind, courteous and accommodating. The place is spotless; there is always a lot of help on hand and my dogs are happy and healthy when we are reunited... sometimes I wonder if they missed me at all.
As of writing this I have had 4+ visits with Patuxent Dental and have nothing negative to say in any regard. They are always quick attentive and professional. Scheduling is easy and so is the paperwork process as it can be filled out online. They also have a good reminder system set up to be sure you don’t miss your appointment (it happens). Overall the service is great and I plan on continuing to go here for my dental needs in the future.

MD Custom Construction replaced two sets of old, worn-out wooden exterior stairs with beautiful new ones made from TimberTech and Azek. The results are fantastic. Mike Bassford patiently helped me choose the exact materials and design while pricing the project. Project manager Eric Burdette did an excellent job coordinating material delivery, the work schedule, and cleanup. Skilled craftsmen Francisco and Alex built the new stairs with great care and expertise. Since the stairs are at the side of the house, which serves as our main entrance, it feels like we have a brand-new home. I highly recommend MD Custom Construction for their high-quality work at a fair price.

When our 1970's pier was failing, we reached to our neighbors who highly recommended Gibbons Marine Construction. Our neighbors were spot on, Gibbons was a great choice. They even made the permitting process painless which I did not think was possible. Josh and his crew were professional and did a fantastic job taking out the old pier and constructing the new pier. Erin is a fantastic communicator so we knew the status of our permit as well as where we were on the construction schedule. We could not be more satisfied and highly recommend Gibbons Marine Construction.

Jeff was a god send after our contractor performed a very poor job installing our new roof. His knowledge and professionalism is amazing. With Jeff's assistance, we were able to have the contractor agree to replace our entire roof for a second time at no additional cost. His inspection report outlined every failure associated with our new roof, which was installed by a local company that has been in business around 30 years. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing a roof inspection!!!

This is THE barber shop to go to if you want a clean cut to your exact specifications. They have personalized service i.e. they remember your name and your cut. Very flexible hours. Reservations only and cash only but that's a small price to pay for some of the best service you can get. I'd tell you who I book with but then she'd be too busy. Go check it out for yourself and you'll find a place to return to the rest of the time you're in the area!
