Highly recommend! We needed our house locks to be replaced and rekeyed. The communication prior was great to set expectations and costs. While replacing the locks, I was given several options on how to fix a few issues but still aesthetically make everything match.
I am more than satisfied with the service I received. My keyless remotes were not working. It turned out that the problem was unrelated to the remotes, a different part of the car's wiring that was having an inadvertent effect on the locks. But even though it was outside the scope of the tech's work, there was no lack of effort, including two trips to my home to look at the car. I offered to pay him for his time, especially given that the problem was unrelated to his scope. He said no, that wasn't his practice. I appreciate this man so much, and would recommend them to anyone for his honesty, integrity, and capability.
Amazing customer service, speedy response, and very professional. From initial contact to problem solved was under 30 minutes, and most of that was at my request. Highly recommended and will use them again!
