We have had Elite Maintenance finish a section of our basement and do some renovations to the main bedroom and laundry room and we are very happy with their work and communication. Will continue to use their services in the future.
If you want an honest company that does great work, call Elite Maintenance. They stopped what they were doing on a weekend to come out and help us with a leaky hot water heater and a flooded basement. They ended up installing a new water heater for us and looked over our HVAC system to make sure everything was in good shape. They also did an awesome job rebuilding our front porch recently, so we already knew they did top-tier work. Really appreciated the quick help when we were in a tough spot.
Our old A/C unit died during the massive heatwave, and Elite Maintenance came to the rescue by repairing the old unit and then priced out a new unit due to the old one being 15 years old. (Like anyone would I received two other quotes for a new HVAC) Elite Maintenance (Will) explained several different new units he was familiar with and then I researched the units and they were by far the best HVAC units on the market. Elite’s price was less than the other company’s and I decided to give his company a try! The installation took about 3 days and I was back up and running with a brand new HVAC unit.
