We have used him for 2 years now. We called and he fit us right in within the same week and provided a very reasonable quote. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job, leaving our carpet sparkling and looking brand new. He’s friendly and takes pride in his work! Highly recommend!
If I could give them 10 stars I would. It’s wonderful to finally be able to work with a small business that takes pride in what they do when it comes to caring for your floors. They know exactly what needs to be done and how to handle each job to perfection. Quality work and honest prices. Chad is very knowledgeable, patient, understanding of your needs and more worried about satisfying you as the customer than making a dollar. Very up front and won’t waste your time or money if he knows he can’t save your floors.If you want the best in the business give blue diamond a call, you won’t be disappointed.
By far the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. Used Blue Diamond based on another neighbor’s comments and did not disappoint. My carpets look brand new and will definitely use this company for future cleanings. You can tell he cares about the product he provides to his customers and is someone who is genuinely invested in his craft. Could not praise this man enough.
