The home inspectors from CQI were very good! The inspectors were very knowledgeable and answered all questions. The reports were very detailed and timely. Great service at a great price! Highly recommended for your home inspection needs and more!
Great company to deal with- were very quick to respond to setting an appt, online payment was easy as we getting the reports within 24hrs after the inspection (closer to 10 hours actually!)The inspector was great and did a fantastic job of identifying things and took the extra time to point stuff out to me!
I used CQI home inspections for a lead based paint assessment on a rental home. They communicated very well leading up to the inspection. They were on time the day of the inspection and kept me updated on progress. The inspection was thorough and I received the inspection report within a day of the inspection.
