Philip was incredibly thorough throughout the entire inspection and took the time to explain everything he found along the way. He didn't just point out issues, he walked us through them, showed us exactly what he was seeing, and made sure we understood the significance of each item.

Donny inspected our home at 151 Autumn Ct and did a thorough job overall. He caught the things that mattered most — a shock hazard at the HVAC electrical box, possible organic growth on the roof sheathing, pest activity, and an unexplained water leak at the air handler — and documented everything with clear photos, which made it easy to understand what he was seeing. He was communicative and made a point of being available for questions after delivering the report.
The only thing keeping this from a 5 was a few minor typos in the written report. Small stuff, and easily clarified.
