We were in a bind and needed service quickly- had a cracked ball joint and had to cut water to the house to stop the spraying. Despite him being out of town, Johnny was really responsive and got his crew out to us as soon as he could. They were professional and did the repair quickly. Still waiting on a phone call to look at the hot water heater in my rental house.UPDATE: Did respond over the weekend. There was an apparent miscommunication from the rental property company.
