“We’ve been going to this nice couple for 10+ years. The finished product is always good. They hemmed my husbands suit pants — even making some into cuffs. They altered his suit jackets after he lost weight. For me, I get pockets sewn to remove them, waist taken in on jeans, dress pants, velvet and leather paints. I’ve also had dresses altered. I think they only take cash but will accept a small deposit. They do a great job. Giving 4 stars because of the pricing. It’s not posted, is inconsistent and they can be a bit pricy.“

“I would love to leave a heartfelt review for Custom Tailor of Columbia! I had less than a week to have my dress altered before the wedding. As you can see, I was a bridesmaid, and I had gained a little bit of weight over the summer since I last tried on my dress (it fit before). When I tried on my dress this last time before the wedding, it did not fit around my midsection anymore. I came there on a Friday night to see if they could make it slightly bigger for me around the waist/chest area and hem it for me as well before the next Thursday, and they did! It fit perfectly the day I went to pick it up for the wedding! I highly recommend this place! They are very quick, and the couple that runs it are extremely sweet and helpful! It was such a great experience, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a last minute tailoring/alteration service! Her work is outstanding —whatever the change or modification required, she is able to complete it in a way that maintains the integrity of the design. “I went to Song's Custom Tailor today and she was extremely friendly and accommodating. I needed a tuxedo jacket brought in for a New Year's Eve event and got there around noon. I was able to pick it up at 4 pm and it was done extremely well. I thought the prices were very fair especially for the quick turn around. She is also very nice and skilled.
