I have had numerous items of clothing (mostly of the St. John design) altered at the Nordstrom Columbia store and usually done by alterations specialist Manly Tien. Her work is outstanding —whatever the change or modification required, she is able to complete it in a way that maintains the integrity of the design. Manly is not only a skilled seamstress, she is a wonderful human being. Alterations/monogramming booth located on the 2nd floor of Nordstrom department store. The man who works here Gerard was exceptionally helpful; he was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and patient with my custom embroidery. Great fast service
The seamstress was very helpful in suggesting how my dresses would be best altered for me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable - an overall pleasure to work with for my appointment.
