Great customer service. Really should reconsiderAlterations hours, because 8am to 1230pm is not realistic for those of us who work. It also doesn't help that Alterations aren't avaliable on Saturday. I had to take business elsewhere. It currently 12:38pm on Monday and Alterations gone for the day.

Asked for my clothes to be folded and they just put them on hangars.Needed a translator when I tried to understand why this was the case.I'm going to have to try the columbia storeServices: Laundry wash & fold

In a day when everything has skyrocketed this still a good deal. I took my winter coats and comforter and was pleased at the outcome. I have never had an issue and I have used 2 different ones.
