Mr. Kim is incredibly meticulous and detail oriented. When altering skirts and dresses, he doesn't just shorten or lengthen them, he thoughtfully adjusts them with your body shape and fit in mind, which makes a huge difference.<br><br>He clearly knows fabrics well and understands exactly how each material should be cleaned and handled. Although his English is not fluent, he is always friendly and professional and takes great care with everything—from everyday clothing to more delicate items.<br><br>Turnaround time has always been reasonable, and my clothes consistently come back clean, pressed, and looking fabulous. :)”
