Some clothes need to be starched but wasn't upon retrieving I realized they wasn't they said, they expected me to tell them to do so, neither they asked me if I needed some starches on my clothes.

Marsha at Zips in Baltimore was so nice and kind and very helpful. She was patient with a smile while I was unpacking my bags. I've been going there for years, I work in the neighborhood. Ive never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, kind, fast and very nice. Excellent Customer Service with kindness. Rear these days but not at ZIP'S in Baltimore
