Service was fast, however, they never texted me to tell me that my clothes were ready (like they told me). I waited for 1.5 weeks and have to call back to confirm that it was ready.

I have been to many zips locations but Florence the Manager at this location has been professional and polite dealing with me. I had an issue with my order, she was able to resolve it and was polite and friendly right through the process. I would highly recommend visiting Zips in Ellicott City!
