They did a lot of high quality work for the money. We had Pennicilium mold in our basement - very common - that was identified in the inspection. We had 2 bids - Intrepid and another. The other only did treatment. For the same amount, Intrepid actually tore out and installed new drywall, treated and cleaned the whole unfinished adjacent walls and ceiling, and then repainted the finished new wall and trim plus the finished room and 2 doors (both sides). They saw more mold than originally scoped in the bid and they went ahead and treated all of the unfinished basement ceiling. Of all the vendors we had doing work on the house for our sale, Intrepid was the most professional, dependable, transparent with the highest quality work and value of any....
