“Dr Gill and the staff at the actual office are great.
However they outsource their billing and it's next to impossible to get any questions answered. Calling the number on the bill gets you sent to a voicemail inbox. When you do finally get someone from billing I'm told they need to contact the Dr. to answer my question. I've been trying to resolve an issue for going on 2 months and finally called the office only to be told I need to call billing.
Great place to get optical services but make sure you understand what services you're receiving and how you're being billed at time of service - because asking later is apparently an impossible task.”
