“I originally went to American Eyewear for my glasses and never had any issues. I tried Lens Crafters because my new insurance wasn't accepted at American Eyewear. Huge mistake. Lens Crafters does not have real eye doctors on staff at the store. They had two attempts to make my glasses correctly and failed. The only place I know of that has a REAL Eye Doctor who knows his trade extremely well on staff is American Eyewear. Not some nondoctor twit that handles the phones, front desk and also acts as the doctor like Lens Crafters. I will never go anywhere else, American Eyewear is the place for me.“

“Please tell me how I cannot cancel my order within a less than 24 hour time frame. I realized that after talking me into transition lenses that I didn't need them due to my job. They stated that they could not change nor cancel the order. Seriously? Within a less than 24 hour time frame. That is ridiculous. I don't buy the insurance excuse either. I think it more of a money thing for them. Not recommended.
I am not sure if it was my insurance company calling the office or what happened, but my odder was rectified and when I went to get my glasses, the receptionist was super helpful and friendly. I WILL be going back.“
