Martinsburg Optical Inc
“Very friendly, personal, and excellent service. I've now gotten several pairs of glasses from them and I've been happy with each. I first went to them when I had some issues with my very first pair of glasses(gotten from another store). They not only quickly identified my specific complaint but suggested how to fix it. Their glasses were great and lasted years. They did several small repairs without changing me, even though they had every right to.
I recently got a new pair of glasses and used the store in my new optomist's office. Unfortunately I ended up with a milder version of my old problem. So I came back here and it's basically non-existent on these glasses/lenses. Lesson learned, stick to this shop.”
