I had one of the best experiences today at Frederick Eye Dr. I was late, it was my fault. As reception was working to reschedule Dr Hatrick overheard. She was clearly doing something but went out of her way to help me out. She did not have to help,so many people don’t today. She made my day and I can’t thank her enough. #RealCustomerCare

Been coming for years. The doctors are very nice. They take their time to explain everything needed. Usually always on time. Can also book online which is great. Can get your glasses filled then right at Costco. Very simple.

Very nice doctor and staff. I called and was able to get an appointment same day. $80 for an eye exam and $35 for an eye test. Located inside Costco which is super convenient. I would go back here again.
