It felt like we were getting the news from a member of the family. The entire staff was helpful and welcoming. Neither us, or our dog have ever felt so at ease at a veterinarian's office.“

“One of my two dogs ran through a hornets nets in the woods of Prince William Forest Park. By the time I got near my home in sold town, she was breaking out in hives. I called EMMAvet to see if they had some space. I’m not sure they really did…I’m thinking they just knew I was…my dog was…more than stressed.

They took her back in right away and treated her. Her allergic reaction was stopped in its tracks.

“Dr. Mosoriak was wonderful when I took on the care of a young cat with stomatitis, who needed surgery to have her teeth removed. She followed up with me over the weekend to make sure my cat was doing well, even though she was on vacation! That is a level of concern that I really appreciate; I was pretty worried because this cat had been undiagnosed and miserable for awhile, wasn't eating well, probably a little underweight. I take all of my cats to her and really appreciate her concern, but also practical nature.“

“When I moved to Southern Maryland in 2016, White Plains Animal Hospital was recommended to me almost immediately. I tried another vet when I moved away in 2018. That experience was terrible, expensive, included extraneous tests, and highly impersonal. (They couldn't even get the dog's sex right.) I immediately started taking the dogs back to Dr. Pressman, despite the major inconvenience of the 1 hour drive. He cares and, as others have stated, runs an honest business. When my dog had grown too sick to go on, it was he that grabbed my leash and brought me back to reality. I am very thankful for him and his team. I will continue to make the drive for as long as I live in MD. Thank you.“

“We have been coming to Elpaw for 3 years now because of their quality of care for my girls. The Front Desk staff have always been friendly and super helpful. I am able to request an appointment and usually get an email or call the very next day. Dr. Yungk has gone above and beyond, with having gotten us through multiple health issues for both dogs. She continues to really listen to our concerns each visit alongside showing such love to them.“

MVAH has very nice staff, and helped me when my dog was sick with cancer, and she lived long past when they predicted the cancer would over come her. This environment is very friendly and professional there is also A doggy daycare/boarding right next door. This is five minutes from my house and couldn’t be more pleased.“

“Caring Hands with Dr. Caroline Schmelter has been incredible since we adopted our little Bean in March. Bean is an older cat with some issues and is nervous being poked for labs/vaccines or having her head examined. Dr. Schmelter and each veterinary technician who has cared for Bean does so with such grace and compassion. Each individual at the front desk is equally as caring as the aforementioned team. They call us with updates to ensure us a response and quickly fill any prescriptions. So grateful for such a caring and competent group to take care of our Bean!“

He took my dog within the first 10 minutes of being there, assessed her, gave her a shot to relive her itching and explained everything step by step. He was clear on all the meds needed and I didn't mind paying the price as I received wonderful service for my dog Nala. Bring your dog here for personal service. They are wonderful here and I really appreciated their staff helping me get her cone on her head lol!“
