The hospital is known for its gentle and patient approach, especially with larger or reactive pets. Customers are impressed by the team's love and support for both the animals and their owners. They are willing to work with friendly but wiggly pets, and are always gentle with senior animals. Clients feel they can trust the hospital's honest and professional care.
The staff is absolutely wonderful, and they're always kind, supportive, and invested in our pets' well-being. They're *actually* affordable, call back immediately, and get you in ASAP (also sometimes the same day, if not within a day, of calling). I recommend them to literally anyone in the area, I love them.
Dr. Eric and his team are wonderful! We appreciate their gentleness and patience with our two babies! Our American Pitbull Mix brothers, 97 lbs and 69 lbs, one reactive have positive interactions with each visit. They are Mama's Boys and Dad's Little Buddies. It means so much to us to have confidence in their exams and their overall treatment.
So thankful to have found WPAH! They are willing to work, and are very patient, with our friendly but very wiggly boy and are always so gentle with our senior girl... she always smiles after a nail trim there. Definitely recommend!
