Kingdom Comfort Heating & Cooling is an outstanding and awesome company for all heating and AC issues. The owner and staff provide top notch customer service. They are excellent, kind, friendly, and professional. The team found the problem quickly and fixed it when another company gave false info. They helped a customer get heat when no money was available, going above and beyond. The work done was a perfect job and product, and the price was very good. The technicians kept the customer updated as repairs were made. They also reminded a customer the unit was still under warranty and secured replacement parts with a nearby distributor. The phone representatives are fantastic and professional. The company is highly recommended by family members and found via social media with impressive reviews. Customers rate them with many stars and look forward to doing more business for all HVAC concerns. The owner and his staff are described as angels, and the company is the best business. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and get the job done in a timely manner. They make sure heat and air work properly. The whole process, from the initial appointment to the repair, was thoroughly pleasing. The company sets the bar high. It is a blessing to customers and their families, providing heat in Fall and Winter and air conditioning in Spring and Summer. The work is accurate, professional, and timely. If parts are needed, they order or bring them.
Darrell is the kindest and most patient person I've met in the HVAC business. We were working through a home warranty company, which can be an ordeal. Darrell advocated for us to the warranty company, made sure we got what we needed and kept our out of pocket costs low. He made the time to answer all my questions (and I had a lot) patiently and like there was nothing else he would rather do. They got the work done quickly and with high quality and always with a smile. It's rare to find a company that genuinely feels honest, hard working and just wants to do a good job for a fair price. Hi Everyone! I want to share info about a Company that is Absolutely Outstanding!! Every time my husband & I would call someone for work to be done for our home, we would ALWAYS get taken advantage of and ripped off Really bad! We needed our furnace fixed during the winter and we were very hesitant and had anxiety of who to call but being a Christian woman, I prayed about it and I was led to Kingdom Comfort Heating & Cooling!! They not only found the problem Quickly but had it fixed when another Company gave us false info!! 5 Stars for Kingdom Comfort. Had a situation with our heat pump making noticeable noise. Called Kingdom Comfort and they scheduled me for later in the week. Troubleshooting a few options was a little bit of a process but Darrell got is figured out. Also he reminded me the unit was still under warranty and was able to secure the replacement parts with a nearby distributor so we were back up and running in no time. Highly recommend.
