“Our basement window well failed during a recent storm; 2" of rain in less than one hour resulted in 12"+ of window-well water coming in through the window frame in less than 1.5 hours. The next morning, I called four companies: Robert Bollinger at Storm Waterproofing responded quickly and was able to visit our home and give a quote faster than of the other companies. My husband was home for Robert's visit (as well as one other company), and was impressed with Robert's knowledge of how to fix the problem. (The second company simply wasted our time by sending out a representative who was not a specialist in storm water damage and solutions.) Robert responded to our questions quickly and knowledgeably. There was a cancellation, we were available, and the work was completed within 8 days of our initial contact. The two-man crew that arrive today were wonderful. They were on time, careful to protect our flooring/carpeting, did the job within the estimated time range, cleaned up after themselves, and answered our questions without hesitation. “During a historical rain, our townhome's basement got flooded just as we were about to sell the property. We lived far away, so we hired a restoration company. They wanted over six grand to fix the damage, which seemed outrageous. Thankfully, we got another estimate from SERVPRO of Crofton, MD, and they quoted just over two grand, which was much better.Even though we were 400 miles away, SERVPRO started the work immediately and kept us updated regularly. Within four days, they finished the job, and we paid them. However, another contractor we hired later found a problem with the tile flooring in a storeroom. I was upset and called Jim from SERVPRO, but it turned out that I had misunderstood what they were supposed to do. Jim was understanding and fixed the issue at no extra cost.I was so worried about the progress that I drove all the way from North Carolina to Maryland at 4 am to check on things. When I arrived, Jim and his co-worker were just finishing up the job, and the floor was in great condition - dry, clean, and mold-free!I must say, the customer service and workmanship from SERVPRO of Crofton were the best I've ever experienced. I highly recommend them for their professionalism during this stressful time. They definitely deserve five stars for a job well done!“

“I was in an emergency situation (after hours on Saturday and it's a holiday weekend) Mr Nigel was wonderful he came over 30mins after I called to do the estimate (I had called 2 others supposedly 24hrs but only got constant ringing on one and answering service in the other) he's very efficient. My basement was dry in about 24hrs however he was sure to continue with the process until Monday afternoon (the actual holiday) to make sure I had no drying issues.
