I was in an emergency situation (after hours on Saturday and it's a holiday weekend) Mr Nigel was wonderful he came over 30mins after I called to do the estimate (I had called 2 others supposedly 24hrs but only got constant ringing on one and answering service in the other) he's very efficient. My basement was dry in about 24hrs however he was sure to continue with the process until Monday afternoon (the actual holiday) to make sure I had no drying issues. I would recommend Restoreace Restoration if you want a service professional that comes when you need them and not have you wait for a call back in an emergency situation.

I have never had a flood before. I found this company on google and Nigel came right over to give me an estimate. Unlike other companies they were not able to give me an estimate the same day but could send a team to clean up the problem. I don’t feel comfortable with that because I feel like if they come and they do the work without any type of estimate or any type of conversation about the price then they can charge me whatever they want to charge me. Let alone since I have never dealt with this before I had no idea what the price would have looked like. Anyway this company is great and works fast.
