When i called Restorace, Mr. Nigel responded that evening and although the basement was completed flooded, He reasured me that everything was going to be ok. The crew arrived the next day. They cleared all personal effects, removed wooden floors, carpets. The Drywall had to be cut to remove the mold and dry the basement. The crew worked tiresly for 6 days to get the job done. Yorman and Eduardo were puntual, knowledgeable and profesional. After the Insurance company rejected the claim, Mr.. Nigel was flexible, kind and compasionate. The cost was more than reasonable. I highly recomend Restorace to anyone who needs this type of work. God bless you Mr. Nigel and may you… read full review

I was in an emergency situation (after hours on Saturday and it's a holiday weekend) Mr Nigel was wonderful he came over 30mins after I called to do the estimate (I had called 2 others supposedly 24hrs but only got constant ringing on one and answering service in the other) he's very efficient. My basement was dry in about 24hrs however he was sure to continue with the process until Monday afternoon (the actual holiday) to make sure I had no drying issues. I would recommend Restoreace Restoration if you want a service professional that comes when you need them and not have you wait for a call back in an emergency situation.
