“I am changing my 2 star review to a 5 star review for this business because the manager saw the 2 star review and contacted me about my experience. He said the company wanted to cover the repairs for free to make up for the oversight of the appointment scheduler and the a lesser experienced technician. This business does great work and they follow-up to ensure satisfied customer service. The hose bib was fixed in April 2026 and I’m attaching before and after pics. Thanks Juan Argueta (technician) and Michael & Son for such great customer service. I will be calling soon to resolve a different plumbing issue.“

This was an emergency, and they came and took care of it, as well as getting the water remediation aftermath done with the least stress they could for me--especially making it easy with insurance. Would use again.

I had a mainline back up in the house due to some kind of clog, and Catons was able to get out there extremely fast and deal with it. When it turns out that water with sewage had gotten into the base of wall and carpet, they had excellent in house guys come over and then make water damage remediation easy as they could, too! If you get Brandon for water remediation especially, you're getting someone who actually loves the work and doing it well. Jamal and his teams on water remediation are phenomenal.“
