Here's the deal, they were assigned by my warranty company and after some communications hiccups, everything was jake. Spoke with them today around 9:30 AM, I was a little testy, they were professional. Bam, they were at my house and fixed that janky unit we have now we have heat before I got home from work. Cannot say enough nice things about how pleased we are with the result.
The guy who came out to my home was absolutely delightful and amazing. I read all the negative reviews beforehand and was worried bc I too got them through my warranty. But he was opposite everything I read. I called him and he tried to squeeze me in the same day but was unable to (thanks for that effort!) Came out the next day (🙌🏾) Called the warranty on the phone before leaving to make sure they did what needed to be done (🙌🏾) Now I’m connected to an electrician and the process has been faster bc of him. Thank you so much for your efforts and your professionalism!
I called AMC HVAC as soon as my home warranty company assigned them to me, which was in the evening after normal service hours. Not only did they pick up and chat with me with patience and kindness, Sylvester also managed to fit me into the schedule for the next day even though it is high season and the schedule was full. He warned me ahead of time that some of the appointments might run longer and called me during the anticipated timeframe to let me know he would be arriving later in the afternoon/early evening and asked if that would work for me.
