I had very positive experience working with Sylvester at AMC. He replaced our outdoor AC unit via a work order from our home warranty company. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. They werw the only company who is affiliated with my home warranty to respond on the coldest day of the winter, the day after my furnace broke. They ordered the materials and completely replaced my furnace coil. It was expensive, but he did it. The company is black owned, father and son.
