Great Service! Showed up on time, they didn’t just replace my HVAC they did it with great attention to detail! My lines are clean, they ran new copper and they showed me the different parts. It was a great experience to have those nice gentlemen in my home ensuring we are warm this winter!

My rating for a 5/5 mainly comes from the technician that services our HVAC needs. Ben. He is polite, courteous, informative, knowledgeable, gentle with our home, explains things well and seems to care about our main issue of the HVAC vibration noise(Goodman HVAC unit mounted on patio wall, vibration heard in bedroom). This was my second time using Charles A. Klein & Sons...another big success. In 2020 they replaced my attic furnace & heat pump under challenging circumstances. Just last week, they replaced my other furnace & A/C unit in confined spaces. First of all, Christy with the sales team is very knowledgeable and professional, providing a great price for top-of-the-line Trane products and installation. Wyatt & Arturo did the install and could not have been more attentive to my questions/concerns while doing an outstanding, tidy & professional job.
