Maria is an absolute angel! She is like part of the family now. She is so warm and caring, and she does an amazing job cleaning our home. She even allows us to leave our pup out of his crate while she cleans. I can’t imagine a better person to clean our home.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Passarello for 31 years. He is such a good dentist, tells you every step of the way what’s going to come next during the procedure. His assistants are also very caring along with his hygienists who always take their time with their patients. The front desk girls always greet you, and are always willing to answer any questions. Everyone there makes us feel like family.
Prime Physical Therapy is the best PT facility with the best PT providers! I suffer from a spinal cord injury and a right arm amputation that has led to chronic pain, an imbalanced walk, misalignment in my upper body among other things. Dr Jon has been my provider throughout and he has completely transformed my walk so that I’m properly using every part of my body correctly thereby transfiguring my balance! Dr Jon has also improved the mobility in my upper body after suffering from 9 years of chronic pain! His knowledge of the body and proper alignment is pretty astounding! I cannot say enough good things about Dr Jon!
Also, I have to acknowledge Melinda who does massage at Prime. I have been seeing her for a few years and she has helped me with my chronic pain, extreme muscle fatigue and so much more! Don’t expect candles, soft music or aroma therapy. Melinda and her knowledgeable techniques far surpass the fluff of the spa experience. If you want to make your body right, go to Melinda!
Lastly, I have to thank the owners of Prime, Dr Won and Dr Laura for bringing incredible PT providers and a massage therapist who truly care about the well being of everyone to our Carroll County Community! After 9 years of dealing with many other PT facilities in Maryland, Prime has far surpassed the others in more ways than I can count!

Bill and his staff completed excellent body work on our car, after a deer hit it! They completed an estimate, which helped in getting some new genuine parts ordered and then had a minor revision a couple days later, once they started some of the removals, which is typical. Both estimates were fair for the amount of work required to do and were covered by insurance. The genuine replacement parts were repainted and matched exactly. The protective clear coating was also part of the quoted rework and was completed beautifully. Awesome job, highly recommend!

I would strongly recommend this company for your electrical needs. Based on other reviews i found online, i gave them the opportunity to address a few malfunctioning GFI's in my home that were not working properly. The actual diagnosed problem was certainly not what i expected and very likely saved me from a possible electrical fire. Ben and Jaydern were prompt, professional, and efficient and earned my trust.
Edgar was great. Came in, explained everything and what I should expect not only what he was doing but next steps. Set up realistic expectations of what could be done and told me if he had thought he couldn’t get the smell out he would have advised to replace. Great customer service!
Highly recommend Matias for anyone who wants a barber that knows how to cut and wants to stop looking for that “one” barber because he is the real deal! Been going to him for the last 2 years and even though he changed location most recently I rather drive the extra 30 min to keep him then risk having to find another barber who has in the past chopped and screwed up my hair.
I have been seeing Amanda from her beginning days at Final Touch (yeah, 20 years ago.....). She is the best!! From brunette to blonde highlights (and all my indecisiveness between), short to long, and even freshly growing after-cancer hair. Azure is beautiful, clean, and has the friendliest staff. Once you find a good place, you don't go back. I have had to see some of the other girls in between and they have all been wonderful (and still there too!) 10/10 recommend!
I made a last minute visit and was able to be accommodated for a massage with just a few moments notice. They offer an array of services and had good educational materials on the walls related to the benefits of many plant based/herbal oil treatments/add-ons. While they had information on herbal oils and add ons, the use of artificial air fresheners was overwhelming in some of the common areas.
Many of the employees did not speak English which I have found can create barriers in communicating treatment plans for the client. For example, without prior conversation, my therapist removed the draping and slid down my underwear when working on my glute area which I was fine with and have always found common in therapeutic massage;however, I can see how this could catch someone off guard if they are new to massage or have prior trauma related concerns with regard to consensual touch. I feel this is something that should be discussed with clients prior to service. My massage was well done and I had a good experience. I do believe in supporting multicultural businesses and especially those employing women.
I did find it sad that they had to post a sign in the treatment rooms stating that they don’t provide sexual or illegal services.

We have used Astro Jump of Baltimore several times for the Bull ride and this company has been GREAT. The company goes out of there way to make sure they provide great service to make the event great. I came in here not knowing what to get for a very special lady for her birthday. I had a rough idea and I guess relatively correctly they helped me set it up so that she wouldn't get notifications beforehand as I got her account created and today she went and had an amazing time. She got the the facial that comes with three items. I forget what they are but she loved all of it and she's definitely going to be coming back. So thank you so much and you've gained a new client!
Miss Patsy is personable and sweet, she listens to what I need/want but knows how to incorporate what will truly work for my hair type! She has always done a great job. Ive struck out with a lot of places and people over the years so to see someone again is a big deal for me. So I trust her and have seen her 4 or 5 times now ❤️
I love this salon! When I describe it to people, I tell them it’s like something you would see in a small town in the movies where everyone (employees and clients) is friendly and knows each other. I’ll never forget the first time I went there 4 years ago and everyone was having group conversation that I was suddenly a part of. They make you feel comfortable and part of the group. I only go about twice a year, but each time is like catching up with old friends.
I also love my haircuts and color and especially love how they treat my four year old son. I’ve seen both Renee and Jess and they are both awesome. I was really apprehensive for my son’s first haircut because he was a typical toddler boy. He cried the whole time, refused the cape and moved a lot, but his hair still turned out awesome - Jess was so patient and kind. After the first time, my son loved going back! I arranged for him to be picked up so he didn’t have to sit through my hair color and cut, but he loved being there so much he stayed. The ladies included him in my hair cut by getting a step stool to help wash my hair, he loved it! And they loved him. It’s hard not to love this place!

Dimitri is an amazing stylist! I love that he's waiting for me when I walk in the door. When I book a service, he gives me every minute of that time allotted. Never have I ever had to wait or gone over causing someone else to wait. On top of that, my cuts are precise and lasting through the grow out, and the conversation is great! He's is truly a gem in this industry ?

I had an appointment wit Dr Robert O’Brian yesterday. I was so comfortable and pleased, as he listened to me. He answered my questions and was very detailed. I would really like him to be my Primary Doctor, as I have not found any one since moving here from Florida. I do not know if I can do that. I have already recommended Dr O’Brian to two of my friends. I am sure they will like him also.

Brandon came out to give us a quote to either repair or replace our roof about a year ago. He noticed that the damage had been done from prior storms in the area. He suggested going through homeowners insurance, which I had not done or even thought about. He then proceeded to do all of the necessary paperwork and meetings with our insurance adjuster, leaving me to be able to work without worrying about my family getting leaks or other roofing problems. I am driving across country all the time, and Brandon would just call me and alert me of any calls or questions I would be getting from insurance. The work was done while I was away at work, and I have not had any problems with my roof since. Thank you so much Diamond Home Remodeling for helping us, keep Brando around
The office is clean, the people are friendly and the Hygienist, Melissa is awesome! Dr's are knowledgeable and honest! Love the fact that its an all women practice. You have to use this place.

Work was adequate but billing practices are not efficient. Did not appreciate an implication that the bill was unpaid when it was mailed on Monday, the 14th of April. We did not receive a bill until April 11 indicating that payment was due on April 7?????? Makes you wonder if the left hand knows what the right hand is doing????? The administrative personnel NEVER return phone calls.
I had a very pleasant experience at AA Dermatology in the Eldersburg office. All the staff was very polite and knowledgeable. I had the opportunity to visit with Kaitlyn who is a PA there. She was very nice and thorough, explaining my treatment and what to expect afterwards. I highly recommend going there for all your dermatological care.
I really appreciate this dental office. They are friendly and eager to assist with any patients' dental goals. My teeth always feel so clean when I leave the office. I value the dentist and hygienist input in my oral health. Their office also supports community nonprofits which warms my heart.

I am a new patient because I moved from a different county. I was impressed that when I scheduled an appointment I was able to get in within a couple weeks of making a phone call for my annual exam.
The check in process was very simple and my wait time was only 10 minutes from my appt time. Mrs Jennifer Price was my CRNP and was phenomenal!! She was so friendly and calming as she could see I was apprehensive. She really took the time to find out my history and issues I've been having. She tastes me like I was high priority and that she was definitely looking out for my best interest. I had an issue during my exam and she suggested an ultrasound which she was surprisingly able to get me in for the same day! I appreciated her diligence and urgency in finding a solution for me. I am so grateful that I've found this practice and that I saw Mrs Jennifer Price. I'm looking forward to meeting more of the providers in the future.
So sad to lose Dr. Neuman :-( In her honor, we are continuing vet care at Summit and LOVE the new Dr! Dr. Yogi was very kind, didn't rush and did a very thorough appointment. Some of the previous techs are still there and some new faces as well. I definitely plan on bringing my other plethora of pets!
