I can’t say enough great things about Prime Physical Therapy and Dr. Laura! I came in with groin pain, lower back issues, and shoulder discomfort, and she was so accommodating from the very start. She really listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and tailored the treatment to my needs. I felt immediate relief after my first session, which was such a game changer. Dr. Laura’s professionalism and caring approach make such a difference, and I’m so grateful to have found her. Highly recommend to anyone looking for real results and compassionate care!
I’m extremely picky on rating physical therapy offices being a therapist myself because most outpatient offices it’s like an assembly line of patients in and out and being treated all at the same time without the therapist truly knowing what’s going on with the treatment except for the five minutes before and five minutes after your session of an hour. The techs run the show and truly try their best but that’s not the case here. I watched around at other patients and therapist bc I am always aware of my surroundings and it was amazing what I saw. At prime the therapist are dedicated to finding the root cause of the issue and getting you pain relief, and back to your normal baseline of full range of motion and strength. They are real and raw about your condition and the treatment that’s necessary for it. They are also genuine and family oriented people that are in the community with the people they are treating which is a bonus. The front desk staff are warm welcoming and their whole demeanor makes you feel like family from the time you enter to the time you leave. I would recommend Prime Physical Therapy for pain relief and strength to truly finding out what your true baseline is that you will be returning to and the true timeline needed to do that. I’m looking forward to continuing my treatment with Won and finally having relief to return fully to my job.
