Sissy was most compassionate upon my call . She called me back 4 times to answer questions and confirm insurance coverage. I hugged when i met her. Very attentive , she is the reason I came here. Dr was informative. And Katelyn picked the perfect frames for me. Had a great first experience.

First time going here today for an eye appointment for myself. Everyone was so kind and patient with my 3.5 year old who had to come with me. One of the ladies let her try on glasses and she loved it! It helped me get the paperwork done too lol. Dr Rennie was so nice and thorough with my exam as well. Just so nice to go somewhere people are kind and care!

I normally don't write these but had to give Dr. Rennie this well deserved review. I have had perfect vision my whole life which worked well for me as I also have a genuine phobia of anything going near my eyeball. So when I had a thorn stab me in the eye after removing brush I panicked. Dr. Rennie and her staff got me in immediately and took excellent care throughout the whole endeavor. Now I am back to perfect vision after about a week and Eldersburg eye care has a family customer for life. While I don't recommend anyone getting thorns in the cornea, I absolutely recommend Dr. Rennie for all eye care needs.
