The staff, including office personnel, are responsive, helpful, and easy to work with, from the initial inquiry to project completion. Customers also note that the diagnosis of issues can be surprising but helpful, sometimes preventing potential electrical fires. The quote process is smooth, and the electricians are punctual, professional, and leave a positive impression. Overall, Bad Monkey Electric is a reliable choice for various electrical needs, offering clear estimates and useful options without unnecessary sales pitches.
Bad Monkey Electric was great to work with on our recent job. We just needed a ground cable ran from a new gas line to the ground in our panel. Their price was $350 cheaper than what Tim Kyle Electric quoted me before the merger. So I can only hope that their prices stay reasonable after this acquisition.
I would strongly recommend this company for your electrical needs. Based on other reviews i found online, i gave them the opportunity to address a few malfunctioning GFI's in my home that were not working properly. The actual diagnosed problem was certainly not what i expected and very likely saved me from a possible electrical fire. Ben and Jaydern were prompt, professional, and efficient and earned my trust.
Great service. We had Bad Monkey come out and install an electric car charger install. The quote process was super smooth and they were exactly on time for install. The electricians that did the install were extremely professional and left a great impression. We will continue to use Bad Monkey for all of our electrician needs.
