Wholeheartedly, I believe Massage Therapy to one of the greatest ways we can care for ourselves. It not only has unmeasurable benefits for our body but also our mind. Both massage and yoga help to relieve stress, keep our body functioning optimally, supply much needed blood supply to our tissue and help to prevent injury. From the beginning, my goal has always been to help others. Throughout the years of this amazing career, I feel I have been able to help many people. My love for massage and helping others could never fully be expressed into words, I only hope my passion comes out through my hands and heart. I look forward to many more years to come to serve our community.
I go back and forth between Maryland and California and needed a massage therapist here in Maryland. I metSheri and am so glad I did! She is amazing. She did a thorough consultation to see what areas needed more attention for my massage. The pressure was perfect and her room is so warm and relaxing. I will be back!
I've gone to Soma Bloom a few times now. And I will keep going back. Sheri is my provider and she is wonderful. First, the atmosphere is perfectly relaxing and very comfortable. I receive the Swedish massage for 60 min. It is heaven. Sheri somehow knows the exact pressure necessary for my body to relax. It has to be a skill just learned over time. It is wonderful. After every session I'm better. I just feel like a better person - relaxed, mind calm (or at least calmer), and my stress put aside for a while. I really can't say enough about Sheri and the work she does. Highly recommended.
Stumbled upon this establishment just under a year ago. I have had many massages in the Howard & Carroll County corridors. Room and ambience are inviting. Sheri is a compassionate, intuitive and skilled licensed Service Provider. It saddens me that I am moving out of the area, and will not be able to avail my self of this restorative service.
