Integrity! My son came in and left unhappy with his cut. I called and kindly explained our disappointment. Rayson got us right in, took the time to hear us out, explained what he could do realistically, and did a great job fixing my son’s hair. Then he refunded me for the cut, which I was not expecting at all. In this day of passive aggressive online review posting, I encourage people to reach out. Most service businesses really want their customers to leave happy. I’m so glad that my son can confidently start the school year looking fresh! I’d definitely return to Empire Cutz.
I like Empire because because they are good barbers the best barber that I love to go to is Matias Bonilla, he will get you so sharp that the razors will run💈🙂
