“I had the pleasure to work with Damien. The job scope was to wood wrap with aluminum coil stock on the rear of my townhouse. The first crew did a messy job as there was excessive caulking spots and not laying the material correctly which as a result, caused a wavy appearance. I quickly addressed the issue to Damien and he assured me he will take care of it without hesitation. Couple weeks later ( due to shortage of material ) he sent out another crew and they tore down the old job and redid everything. It looks MUCH better now. “Water remediation- smallish leak from an outdoor tap in the wall into a basement room. We had vacuumed up much of the water as soon as leak noticed. Prompt and professional service from Kevin at a reasonable price. Had to contract with a second partner business to have padding replaced and carpet tacked back down. Sorry that they could not replace the baseboards to complete the job. Otherwise, the work was really well done and the carpet is looking good as new.“

They did a lot of high quality work for the money. We had Pennicilium mold in our basement - very common - that was identified in the inspection. We had 2 bids - Intrepid and another. The other only did treatment. For the same amount, Intrepid actually tore out and installed new drywall, treated and cleaned the whole unfinished adjacent walls and ceiling, and then repainted the finished new wall and trim plus the finished room and 2 doors (both sides). They saw more mold than originally scoped in the bid and they went ahead and treated all of the unfinished basement ceiling.
