“Our basement flooded on February 28th and ending up calling six different remodeling companies to come out for estimates. We were ghosted by three contractors, another contractor attempted to call our insurance company and have our checks sent directly to him, instead of us, and the two that did show said we would have an estimate in a couple days. We drove around to the places they wanted us to get materials from, using our gas and days off from work, only to be ghosted again and not even a response saying they were not interested. We reached out to True North Remodeling, two months after getting the run around from other companies, and Jay showed up the next day to look at our basement. We finally received an estimate the day after that. I would text him multiple times a day with questions and he always answered! They started work not even two weeks later and their team was on time every morning at 8:30 am, rain or shine. We love our new basement! Jay, Deb, Melvin, Candido, and Tomas did an incredible job and went above and beyond for us and finished the work sooner than we thought it would take. They even had a person on their team come out, after the job was completely, and fix something I wanted changed. We are extremely happy with how professional, commutative, and hardworking True North Remodeling was. We will definitely be using them again when we are ready for our kitchen remodel. “Jan was very nice, was here Thursday morning before supplies were delivered to let us know that they had to cancel due to weather. Then was here first thing Friday morning to let us know his guys would be here soon. He was here most of the morning before checking in with other jobs. He called twice to check in and sent photos of the job for us to see. Explained everything that was happening. Came back Saturday morning to check in and do a double check on the work and any extra clean up. He’s the first supervisor on any job we have had done, to be this thorough. Very much appreciated him and the guys for their hard work.“

Our sliding glass door was installed in 2012 by another siding and roofing company in Bowie, everything fine til the lock became loose and failed in July. I contacted that company and while they were helpful in obtaining us the replacement lock for purchase, I never heard back from them (4 phone calls and a text seeking to hire them to replace it). So, the parts company (also 5 stars!) Rollin' Supply in Rockville, at my request for Plan B, recommended I try SNAP Roofing, Siding & Windows of Bowie. I did and will hire them for any future jobs.
