Herbert (the owner) came out to see if there was any water damage in my attic and climbed on top of the roof for an inspection as well. I had a few plywood with water damaged that were replaced along with a brand new roof, new gutters and gutter guards all at an affordable price in my opinion. They did an excellent job! Herbert even came back out the following day to do a final inspection after the work was complete by his workers. “Julio and his team of contractor professionals at Jesryn General Construction have proven to be a great company to work with! The first time I hired them was for a major interior renovation of my personal residence in 2017, where they opened up the entire 1st floor, installed a new kitchen, reconfigured the entry way, finished the basement, added 2 new bathrooms and renovated a 3rd. That project took about 6 months. In 2022, we started a second job to completely renovate all 3 floors of a rental property, and it was a massive amount of work that included all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing (including under concrete slab drainage), structural changes, refinish the hardwood floors, a new kitchen and bathrooms, and tons of finishing work.
