“I had no idea purchasing replacement windows would be so difficult and expensive! It is impossible to compare windows between companies since each one has a different name and specs for their window. So, that leaves you with having to trust your salesperson. From the first minute we met Matt Dawson (owner), we knew he genuinely wanted us to be happy with our purchase. He brought out small window samples so we could see how they worked and looked against our home. He never pressured us and actually referred us to another vendor that was a cheaper option to repair one window. At first, we bought 10 windows and one sliding glass door. The install crew was on time, very detailed oriented, and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the day. About two years later, we were able to finish replacing the remaining windows. What a relief for me to know exactly who to call! Matt and I did everything via cellphone and email. John (service) came out to measure the windows. He has years of experience and gave us some practical advice as we were evaluating which windows to replace. Again, no up sell pressure. The install went just as smoothly this time. Chesapeake Thermal has its own install team, which is trained on installing the windows they sell. This was very important to us, and I think a huge part of why the job was done properly. Chesapeake Thermal is a second-generation family-owned local business providing top notch service. Matt and all the employees were very easy to work with and professional. I know this is a long review, but stellar contractors are so hard to find nowadays! We are so pleased with not only how smooth the process flowed but with our new windows.“

“SNAP installed a new roof on my home this past October. I interviewed several other local roofers and found SNAP to be the best fit for me. The owner, Stephen, was the only roofer I spoke with who spoke to me as a person, answering any questions and concerns I had before, during and after the process (involving more than aesthetics of course). I'm upset I have to say this in this day and age, but as a female he also didn't talk to me as though I'd only care about aesthetics or assume/inquire about a husband before/during discussions. “Julio and his team of contractor professionals at Jesryn General Construction have proven to be a great company to work with! The first time I hired them was for a major interior renovation of my personal residence in 2017, where they opened up the entire 1st floor, installed a new kitchen, reconfigured the entry way, finished the basement, added 2 new bathrooms and renovated a 3rd. That project took about 6 months. In 2022, we started a second job to completely renovate all 3 floors of a rental property, and it was a massive amount of work that included all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing (including under concrete slab drainage), structural changes, refinish the hardwood floors, a new kitchen and bathrooms, and tons of finishing work. They were able to provide a beautiful finished product in just 6 months. From the first job to the most recent, Jesryn has maintained a very good standard of quality. Julio was at the property every day, paid attention to all aspects of construction, addressed anything that came up, and worked hard to stay within the budget.
