I have an older house and they were able to solve all the problems and even alerted me of a carbon monoxide leak that I didn’t know about. Bruce, the owner, and his team came out the very next day, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got everything working again. Bruce took the time to explain what had caused the problem and what, if any, follow-up maintenance might be needed.

I was happy with the service, although I didn't expect to see Bruce again so soon when my central A/C unit stopped working after a storm. Once again, he responded the next day and had my cooling system back up and running. By the time he left, my home had cooled down significantly.

Bruce is not only professional but also personable and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what was being done.

In the past, I've used larger HVAC companies where a different technician came out each time, and I often received different recommendations, which left me unsure about what repairs were actually necessary. “I have a geothermal heat pump system Installed by Groundloop almost 14 years ago ! I love it. Super efficient and quiet. No noisy compressor in the yard to get rained and snowed on. It’s still running great. Had one “emergency” where a capacitor on the blower motor stopped, which they fixed quickly. Otherwise it’s just been routine cleaning and checkups. They always show up on time and show me what they are doing. Very professional and friendly. Hope this system lasts some more years, but I’ll have no doubts about getting them to do the replacement when the time comes.“

They can always make it out relatively fast within a day or two of calling, and have always arrived in the time window provided. Scott and Justin have both been great to work with. However, being punctual, doing fast, quality work with explanations and tips on how to keep things running smoothly can account for that. I have no complaints with Watson's so far.“

Both pretty much skipped over the concept of repair and jumped to right to replace. Neither even bothered to open up the panel on our internal unit to investigate.
