“Awesome experience with Justin and his team. Responded quickly and showed up to our active leak in our driveway. Inspected the area and determined that a full water line replacement was needed. Work was completed within 2 days and went above and beyond replacing our expansion pack that was leaking and kitchen faucet last minute. We appreciate the Static team”
“Excel HVAC was recommended to me by a friend whose opinion I trust, so I called them as soon as my heat pump stopped working during a stretch of 100+ degree temperatures. Bruce, the owner, and his team came out the very next day, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got everything working again. Bruce took the time to explain what had caused the problem and what, if any, follow-up maintenance might be needed.
I was happy with the service, although I didn't expect to see Bruce again so soon when my central A/C unit stopped working after a storm. Once again, he responded the next day and had my cooling system back up and running. By the time he left, my home had cooled down significantly.
Bruce is not only professional but also personable and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what was being done.
In the past, I've used larger HVAC companies where a different technician came out each time, and I often received different recommendations, which left me unsure about what repairs were actually necessary. My experience with Excel HVAC was refreshingly consistent, and I appreciated the clear communication and prompt service.
If you're looking for a knowledgeable, responsive HVAC company that takes the time to explain things and stands behind its work, I would definitely recommend this company.”
