The follow up tech sent, Gilmer, is the kind of person I expected to show up the first time. He was knowledgeable, had patience, and corrected the issues left by the first tech sent. He explained the special service done by the original tech but for the work done by the first tech I now feel the price was outlandish. The work didn’t justify even the reduced price I paid. Just another example of greed.
