He took time and did a thorough job on my roof --- he sprayed treatment product to kill the moss and soft washed my roof. He cleaned the gutter, too. “We've had leaks in our bedroom ceilings and we saw that Nest was highly rated so recently reached out to Nest Exteriors. They communicated extremely well with the schedule and next steps. Miguel was our point of contract and he was outstanding. When their crew came to our house they were very professional and took their time. They actually uncovered that our issue was actually a problem with condensation coming from our Air Conditioning Unit. They spent a lot of time inspecting hard to reach areas in the attic. Even though it took them a while to do the inspection, they did not charge us for their time. I totally recommend this company.“

Within 24 hours he had come to my house (even though I wasn’t there; I had a guest staying), he assessed the damage and repaired the damage. What is critical to note is the following. “FCW replaced my original 60 year old windows in less than half a day. Good work and very reasonable prices. The manufacturer of the vinyl window FCW uses has features that others don't like composite reinforcement and a well sealed sill/sash.
Call all the other window places you want and you will end up with what seems like used car salesmen at your door trying to sell you overpriced windows with the high pressure tactics hawking predatory lenders to make it all possible. “We had a great experience with LK Construction for the replacement of our cedar shake roof with DaVinci synthetic shake. During the quoting/information gathering process and through to project completion, Sang was very prompt, courteous and easy to communicate with. He very patiently answered my many questions. The roof replacement was done ahead of schedule. The crew who did the work were very professional, polite and competent. I highly recommend LK Construction, Inc.“

“We reached out to get a quote and found out not only did our house have storm damage, but we also had defective shingles. The process was smooth from start to finish. We chose an amazing color, and the crew was very fast and efficient. The roof looks great. Only thing to watch - we also replaced the wood paneling and skylight. One of the workers was blowing debris off the rooftop and blew a lot of it right into the hole where the skylight was missing and all over my kitchen. Cleanup was solid and fast the next day, and the follow up inspection was great. There were a couple of areas where there was a gap after the installation of the drip edge. Devin came out and took a look, but never returned to solve the issue - so I had to use foam seal to make sure no bugs/bees got into the attic. They worked with my insurance company and the cost for the entire job was well within budget and was very affordable.“

He examined my roof and took pictures so I had a visual for our discussion. He answered all of my questions, provided brochures that showed the step by step roofing process that he would use for the repairs. He also took pictures of the completed work as well, front mansard roof and trim. He and his team hauled away all job related debris and cleaned the area.
