My damage occurred on 12/31 and Greg was responsive on New Year’s Day. He checked out the damage and offered to join my insurance agent as he conducted a walkthrough the next day.Greg walked me through each step along the way. Throughout the project Greg kept me updated by phone calls and texts. The crew was punctual, respectful, and maintained a tidy work area. We highly recommend Quality Innovation. We needed to replace our roof within a week's timeframe, and Lugo and Greg were incredibly accommodating, professional, and responsive. They did a thorough inspection of our roof (both outdoors and indoors), before construction, and answered all of our questions with patience and care. Despite a snow storm that was expected (and started while the team was working), in addition to freezing temperatures, the team delivered a finished product. Nick and his partner with Quality Innovation has been doing many odd jobs for my home for over a year. From landscaping, fence painting, gutter cover replacement, renewing a walkway, house power washing, putting up a gazebo, drywall repair and interior painting. I'm probably forgetting a few. Quality Innovation has become my go-to handy-man service and I'm so glad I found them on the NextDoor app. They have been fully dependable, honest, punctual and hard-working. A five star small company, that is very worthwhile. I highly recommend.
