They put new siding and 10 windows in but the project got much deeper when we discovered we needed new plywood and insulation too which made a huge impact on the inside comfort of the house. “I highly recommend Politz Energizes for roofing and gutter replacement.I first used Politz enterprises in October 2013 to replace the roof and gutters on my 2 story colonial house.The house has a porch and an attached garage. The crew completed all of the roofing work in one day.The next day, all of the gutters and down spouts were replaced. The gutters are seamless and were made on site by the crew.Both crews did a perfect job of cleaning up and did not damage any of my landscaping and did not leave any roofing debris in my yard.Fast forward to May 2022. Herbert (the owner) came out to see if there was any water damage in my attic and climbed on top of the roof for an inspection as well. I had a few plywood with water damaged that were replaced along with a brand new roof, new gutters and gutter guards all at an affordable price in my opinion. They did an excellent job! “I own A townhouse in Columbia Heights in Washington DC. My relationship goes back to the mid 1990's with Maggio Roofing. They have replaced the roof on my garage, main house and front porch. I recently needed repair on of my functional and non-functional chimneys. I also needed work on the slate work in the front of the townhouse above the windows. Several slate pieces fell off and needed repair. I would not have know this but when I called Maggio to look at the roof they performed a complete review of the condition of my roof.
