My son had 2 roofs done with Wells Home Improvement so when we found damage to our roof we asked them to come inspect it. Matt came and gave us a thorough inspection and explained everything he found and went over in great detail what needed to be done. We scheduled the roof to be replaced and we could not be happier with the results. Matt listened to our concerns and was very helpful with the insurance. Anytime we had a question he was always available to answer. The workers were very professional and they cleaned everything up behind them. We sat down with our salesman Matt and told him what our budget was and what we would like to have done. After doing his measurements he gave us a proposal that met our price range and accomplished everything we wanted. Work day was extremely hot but the crew was early and completed a perfect job. We had a completely new roof with all new wood. We also had gutters with gutter covers installed. Thank goodness I won't have to climb the roof again. Work done in a timely manner and all debris removed. Wally the job foreman came out several times to check on the progress and answer any questions we had.
