We had a tremendous customer experience with American Custom Contractors with Fon as our point of contact and Alex overseeing the project. We replaced our roof with Owen Corning Duration shingles and used Alside Ascend siding. Fon was very helpful walking us through the process, outlining the options and has deep expertise in roofing and siding that we heavily relied on. American Custom Contractors were fantastic to work with when we needed a new roof -- Dre Roland from the sales team was knowledgeable, friendly, and personable, and Alex Giakoumatos, our project manager, was frankly incredible. He answered all our questions during a face-to-face meeting prior to work starting, and was extremely communicative during the two days of work, letting me know how many decking sheets the work team would need to replace as they counted them, checking in when the 100-degree heat slowed the team down, and working with me to determine whether we wanted to go ahead and replace two damaged skylights along with the roof. Updating this July 2026:
This will be the fourth time I've used American Custom Contractors. They replaced my roof, gutters, and rake boards with pvc last year. This year they aluminum wrapped a very large section of trim. It looks great. Can't even tell it's wrapped and it matches all of my pvc board. The last time Mike, Frank, and Belter were great. This go around Douglas, Juan and Jose came out.
