We own a townhouse with a flat roof that was built in 1900. A few years ago, we asked Maggio Roofing to install a standing seam metal roof which is what our house had originally. After an ice storm last winter, we asked Maggio Roofing to install snow guards. In both instances the quality of the work was outstanding, and the price was well worth it. We are happy we chose Maggio Roofing.
super impressed with maggio roofing. we needed to have our roof and gutters replaced, and solicited a few quotes. maggio wasn’t the cheapest option, but it was very reasonable and we chose them because of the customer service. our first interactions were with Brian, who is an extremely knowledgeable salesperson — we loved how much he geeked out about roofs, and that we never felt upsold. the team did their work efficiently (our whole roof and gutter system were replaced within two days!), and professionally. our new roof and gutters look great. we have now scheduled our final walkthrough, and were impressed and happy to see the full 360 degrees of customer service.… read full review
We had a 100 year old chimney above our flat roof. It was falling apart and leaking into the house. We had to have it torn down and replaced so I called in Maggio to build a new counter flashing to make it water proof. I am satisfied and will call on them again if I have problems.
We have a slate front roof (cosmetic more than functional) they gave us the news we were not looking for. It needs to be replaced, it literally dissolves in your hands. So, we will look at that with them next
