Mina HVAC Inc. offers professional and timely service, exemplified by a technician who replaced an A/C motor quickly and kindly. They also performed an excellent job replacing a gas water heater with a hybrid heat pump model, quoting a reasonable price and assisting with rebate applications. While communication could be improved, the overall work is professional.
I had an outstanding experience with Mina HVAC Inc. from start to finish. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done before they started.
The technicians were respectful, efficient, and paid close attention to every detail. They completed the job with great care, kept the work area clean, and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. My AC went out during such a hot day, and I was so worried about how long I would have to go without it. Thankfully, Jose Antonio from MINA HVAC came out to help, and he fixed the problem right away! He was incredibly nice, professional, and respectful of my home the entire time he was here. It is such a relief to have the cool air back on, and I am so grateful for his hard work and kind attitude. I will definitely be calling MINA HVAC again for any future issues!
