Mina HVAC Inc. offers professional and timely service, exemplified by a technician who replaced an A/C motor quickly and kindly. They also performed an excellent job replacing a gas water heater with a hybrid heat pump model, quoting a reasonable price and assisting with rebate applications. While communication could be improved, the overall work is professional.
From the initial service call with Antonio, to the installation of my new furnace with Luis, the service was impeccable. Thank you for your excellent customer service and for the welcoming me as a new customer.
I was referred to Mina after my a/c stopped working. A technician came out right away and replaced the motor in my unit. “Rick” was kind and helpful throughout the process and exemplified great customer service.
The tech came and completed the work professionally. The only negative thing that I have to make note of is the lack of communication through the process of the delays for the project. The communication got better with the representative Rick. And Mina HVAC can improve with better communication.
