“First of all, we LOVE the name of this company! I called on Tuesday for service to our kitchen sink clog. I asked for someone to come out the following day. Mr. Gerald called about 20 minutes before showing up. He was prepared to go to work. Stepped into our home and immediately put on his shoe covers! Love that as we do not wear shoes in our home. Mr. Gerald gave us an estimate of the cost. It certainly was fair! He spread his floor covering out on the floor and proceeded to work on the drain. It did take some time but SUCCESS was ours! He brought ALL of his own supplies, some asking for a flashlight. After the work was completed he cleaned up his things and started to clean up under my sink. I wouldn't have it. :) As he prepared the work order/bill my husband and I had a few minutes to chat with Mr. Gerald. All three of us being Christians, we had a beautiful time! This man was a TRUE professional from start to finish! His vehicle, his dress, his work ethic, knowledge to fix my problem AND not add on any "extra's"! I could go on but you'll need to experience this company for your plumbing needs, you'll see. We are new customers with Eternity Plumbing but we will run straight to them in the future.“
“While G.A. Eberly did not necessarily do any substantial work on my home, I am giving them 5 stars for their customer service, promptness, knowledgeable staff, and fair prices. I had a tankless water heater go out in the coldest stretch of winter. My thermostat (we have radiator heating) was reading 41 degrees. When calling companies on 12/28, I was being told by many they couldn't see me until early January. G.A. Eberly took my call and checked with their maintenance team to see how they could fit me in on the same day. They had a lead technician (Steven) hop on the phone and get information about what I was experiencing, before finding a way to slot me in. Steven even called back about 30 minutes later to offer a quick fix solution to see if we could get our heat back on. Excellent service!Chris was the technician dispatched. He came on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was friendly, helped get a fix in place, and was out the door in no time. I was happy with the price paid for what essentially amounted to a service call, even though he helped fix my issue. Excellent experience working with them. They seemed very comfortabe with my tankless system. I will be calling them again if I need any additional work done...I hate having to call the "big guys" and roll the dice with their questionable service. Never again. Thanks G.A. Eberly.“
“I just want to express my appreciation for the wonderful work that Taylor Electric in Waldorf did for my family. Our heating furnace went out on Monday and my husband called at 7 am on Tuesday, a service technician was out to our home by 9:45. Within an hour we had heat! Rob was VERY professional and friendly. “In my experience of being a homeowner, you need to have a relationship with a plumber, heating/cooling person, and an electrician. I had the first 2 down, but not the electrician. After my sister said she saw many positive reviews on Next Door about PowerWorks LLC, she gave them a try for a small job at her home and liked their work. She referred them to me when I wanted to have 2 ceiling fans installed in my home. Since neither of the two areas were equipped for ceiling fans - I already knew the areas would need to be cut, wired, and more. I got in contact with Belvin, I sent him a few pictures of the areas in question, he sent over a quote, I ordered my fans, and we scheduled a date/time for installation. His tech, Terrence, came over and did a wonderful job installing the fans. It was a 2-day job, but he cleaned up after himself (well, as much as he could. I of course had to do much more after he left), was very respectful, and was very knowledgeable of his job. I was very pleased with the final outcome of the job. I will absolutely use PowerWorks LLC in the future for any electrical needs I require within my home. Looks like I finally found my electrician!“
