We had a “doesn’t happen very often” situation come up in our home. Our sewage ejector pump and sump pump plus back up pump stopped working at the same time. We found small flooding from the sewage pup, called around 2PM and got connected with Porsche. She assured us someone would come out within the hour and be able to complete the repair so long as we accepted the quote. We had Danny and Cesar arrive within the hour and immediately went to work.
